When logging into HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) or iLO 6 with the firmware versions detailed below, a 30-second delay will be experienced upon login to iLO. This may occur through the following interfaces:Web GUI interfaceNote: Does not occur when using the "Zero Sign-in" buttonSSHAfter 30 seconds, the iLO login is available as expected.
Any HPE ProLiant Gen10 and Gen10 Plus servers with iLO 5 firmware v3.04 through v3.09 or any HPE ProLiant Gen11 server with iLO 6 firmware v1.57 through v1.65.
To avoid this issue, update the iLO firmware as follows:Update iLO 5 to version 3.10 (or later)Update iLO 6 to version 1.66 (or later)To download iLO 6 v1.66 (or later) or iLO 5 v3.10 (or later), perform the following steps:Click the following link:http://www.hpe.com/support/ilo6orhttp://www.hpe.com/support/ilo5The page should refresh to display the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab and the components that support the selected product.
