Document VersionRelease DateDetails2March 20, 2024Updated the Resolution with the permanent fix, iLO 5 firmware v3.02 and iLO 6 firmware v1.57.1October 30, 2023Original Document Release.In a server configured with drives in the hundreds, in the HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) or iLO 6 User Interface, clicking on the "System Information" -> "Storage" tab may render the iLO 5 or iLO 6 user interface unresponsive and inaccessible.The iLO 5 or iLO 6 user interface will display the following message:No drives were found in this system. You may need to reboot the host system to discover them.Failed to retrieve complete storage device information. Refresh the page in a few minutes.A reset of iLO 5 or iLO 6 is required for the web interface to be accessible again. However, clicking on the "Storage" tab will cause the web interface to be inaccessible againNote: iLO 5 can monitor 256 physical drives total and 256 volumes total. Refer to theiLO 5 User Guidefor more information.
Any HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus server with iLO 5 or iLO 6 with hundreds of drives configured.
