HPE OneView may fail to start and stall during the Start process. This issue will typically occur when the resource managers are approximately 53 out of 60, for example:This will occur when the SSL inspection is done on a connection between HPE OneView and the HPE Remote Support backend and the SSL certificate that goes through the traffic inspection is a large size certificate (e.g., 8192).
HPE OneView versions 10.10 or earlier using the HPE OneView Remote Support feature.
This issue will be fixed in a future release of HPE OneView. This advisory will be updated as more information is available.As a workaround, disable the SSL traffic inspection for the connection between HPE OneView and the HPE Remote Support backend.Note:Consult your firewall or proxy user guides on how to disable the SSL traffic inspection.
