An HP UPS R/T3000 G2 (AF466A) configured with an UPS Network Module (AF465A) may occasionally be unable to stop a load segment after the shutdown delay period. If this occurs, the UPS does not shut down as expected but will instead continue running in Battery Mode. This may prevent the server from recovering after a power outage if one of the load segments does not turn off.Note:This can occur in a single or redundant UPS configuration.
Any UPS R/T3000 G2 (AF466A) with firmware version 01.02.0004-01.04.0020 and an UPS Network Module (AF465A) with firmware version 1.00.012 and a ProLiant server connected to both load segments.
