If an HP StorageWorks P4000 storage system or an HP LeftHand NSM is rebooted while connected to a Windows 2008 or 2008 R2 iSCSI host, then a Windows stop screen error (blue screen) might occur. The stop error indication is:0x0000000A ([parameter1],[parameter2],[parameter3],[parameter4])IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
This issue affects the platforms in the Hardware and software platforms affected section if they are running an 8.x version of the HP StorageWorks P4000 SAN/iQ Software and are connected to a Windows 2008 or 2008 R2 host.
