The battery runtime for some HP R1500 XR UPS and HP T2200 XR Uninterruptible Power Systems may be erroneously displayed in HP Power Manager (HPPM).A small number of units configured with one Extended Runtime Module (ERM) were incorrectly programmed as though they contained two ERMs. This causes the UPS firmware to calculate an estimated runtime based on two ERMs. As a result, a longer battery runtime is reported in HPPM which may cause the software to incorrectly conduct a timely shutdown of the attached loads (servers).
