HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus Servers handle Fibre (FC) Host Bus Adapter (HBA) cards as a Network option in the Network boot default setting. The network device Port 1 is enabled while other ports are disabled. Therefore, when attempting to create a SAN boot configuration with an FC HBA dual port card, the one-time boot menu only displays port 1, and port 2 is not displayed. Complete the following steps to enable the port 2 function and thereby resolve this issue: Reboot the server. During the server startup sequence, press F9 to access the UEFI System Utilities. Select System Configuration. Select RBSU. Select Network Option. Select Network Boot Option. Select PCIe Sot Network Boot . Determine the slot to reconfigure, and select Network Boot . Go back to the One-Time Boot menu to confirm that port 2 is now included in the list.
