In addition, the HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) may report an error in the Integrated Management Log (IML).For example, one of the following error messages may appear in the Integrated Management Log:"Critical,xxx,xxx,0x0033,NVMe,0x0002,Hardware: NVMe Storage - Drive at NVMe Drive Port xx Box x Bay x status changed to Failed ACTION: 1. Verify cables are good and fully seated. 2. Ensure all drives are fully seated. 3. Verify backplane, controller, and drive compatibility. 4. Replace the defective drive."OR"Caution,xxx,xxxxx,0x0003,Main Memory,0x0006,Hardware, Configuration,10/28/2022 17:16:10,132: Innovation Engine not responding to MCTP Requests, please AC Cycle the server to recover IE. ACTION: 1. AC Cycle the server to recover IE. 2. Flash recovery IE/ME image if the issue persists."NOTE: Other than this behavior, the drives will operate normally. This is a visual LED issue and a false failure reported by iLO 5.

As a workaround, ignore the LED and IML error message because the system is functioning normally.None of the HPE NVMe SSD drive models should be replaced.The incorrect signaling and reporting is corrected in HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) firmware version 2.78.
