On any HPE ProLiant or HPE Synergy server running Microsoft Windows Server 2019, and configured with any of the HPE Marvell-based network adapters listed in the Scope section below; a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with a Stopcode (0xBAD00002) may be sporadically experienced. On HPE Synergy Compute Modules, the BSOD may be experienced with firmware combo image 8.55.31 (or prior) that is included in the "HPE Synergy QLogic FastLinQ Online Firmware Upgrade Utility for Windows Server x64 Editions version 1.0.6.4". On HPE ProLiant servers, the BSOD may be experienced with firmware combo image v8.55.27 (or prior) that is included in "HPE QLogic FastLinQ Online Firmware Upgrade Utility for Windows Server x64 Editions version 5.2.6.0".
