iLO Amplifier may fail to register to HPE InfoSight due to a connection timeout caused by the key value mismatch.For example, below are the log entries in /var/log/messages for an HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 server:Mar 9 09:39:35 localhost rda-cas[11446]: WRN [relay.cpp:2203] Could notstart tunnel to : transport connect: SSL error: Privatekey /etc/rda/private/client.key; key values mismatch
Any HPE system that upgraded to iLO Amplifier 2.12 from iLO Amplifier 2.00.
Perform either of the following:Perform a new installation ofiLO Amplifier 2.12.OrPerform the following steps to recover and register successfully with HPE InfoSight:SSH to AMP CLIDelete /etc/rda/private/client.keyDelete /etc/rda/certs/client.crtExecute "rda-setup -b" to issue a new client certificate.
