Certain HPE ProLiant servers when configured with a 500w NHP (Non-Hot Plug) power supply and running HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) firmware v2.41 may generate a status of "Input Voltage Lost" on the iLO 5 Power & Thermal - Power Information page as follows:The power supply will function as expected as the message is erroneous and can be ignored.
Any HPE ProLiant DL120 Gen10, HPE ProLiant DL160 Gen10, HPE ProLiant DL180 Gen10, HPE ProLiant DL325 Gen10, or HPE ProLiant ML350 Gen10 server configured with a 500w NHP (Non-Hot Plug) power supply (option part number 837074-B21, Spare Part number 866726-001).
To avoid the "Input Voltage Lost" message, update the iLO 5 firmware to v2.44 (or later).To download the iLO 5 firmware v2.44 (or later), perform the following steps:Click the following link:Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support CenterThe page should refresh to display the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab and the components that support the iLO 5.
