On any HPE Single Phase 1Gb UPS Network Management Module (Q1C17A), the following warning message cannot be cleared after a firmware upgrade to version 1.7.11 is performed:HPEPP/FREEVMHOST message Protection: communication lost with agentIf HPE Power Protector (HPEPP) and the card are communicating when there is a firmware upgrade, an old entry with this warning message in the Agent list will be replaced; but if the HPE Power Protector (HPEPP) and the card are not communicating during the firmware upgrade, then a new entry will appear and the old entry with the warning message will still be displayed. Therefore, when there are 2 entries in the agent list, then the HPEPP/ FreeVMHost error will be displayed.
