When iLO Amplifier pack is integrated with InfoSight for Servers, HPE Active Health System (AHS) file downloads from the servers may not complete with the message "Connection to iLO failed. Could not get the Authentication Token". This occurs when the Active Directory (AD) authentication is in use and the username contains a backslash "\" character.This does not occur under the following conditions:Manually download the AHS file with the AD user directly from iLO.Manually download the AHS file with the AD user through the iLO Amplifier Pack interface.Add the same server with a local iLO user with the same permissions as the AD group=> AHS/InfoSight.
Any HPE system using iLO Amplifier version 1.3.0 (or earlier).
