The customer is trying to gather data collects using Uemcli as following: The customer uses the following command to collect data, and it works fine. uemcli -d <Unity management IP> -u service -p <service password> /service/system collect -serviceInfo Then when the customer tries to download data collects using the following command, it failed and shows an error 0x100000a. uemcli -d <Unity management IP> -u service -p <service password> - download serviceInfo C:\Users\Administrator>uemcli -d xx.xx.x.xxx -u service -p xxxxxx -download serviceInfo Storage system address: xx.xx.x.xxx Storage system port: 443 HTTPS connectionOperation failed. Error code: 0x100000a The system was unable to connect to the storage server. (Error Code:0x100000a)
Found some closed ports which must be opened: 8443, 20, 21, 443 and 5989
Issue solved after opening port 5989 and it is the default port for SMI-S and used for array management. Find below reference: Dell Unity Family Security Configuration Guide
