Video Garbage that is seen in a browser in Windows 11 and Windows 10
When a video is being streamed in the Edge browser, video garbage is seen to flash across the screen.
Note: Garbage Video, also known as Glitching Video, Flickering Video, Distorted Video, or Artifacting Video.
This issue is reported on the following laptops:

Note: This problem is only reported with the Windows 11 and Windows 10 Operating systems.
Cause
A compatibility issue was found with the Intel Graphics v9664 driver and the Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems.
This video problem only begins after installing the Intel v9664 graphics driver.
Resolution
Updating the Intel Graphics v9664 driver resolves this compatibility problem. The following step-by-step instructions take you through this:
Note: You must have administrator rights on the laptop to make any operating system changes or update any software.
Note: Ignore step 1 and go straight to step 2 if the Intel graphics driver is already on v9921.
Set a different graphics mode in the BIOS:
Restart your laptop and press the F2 key when the splash screen appears.
Go to the Advanced tab in the BIOS.
Disable the Enable Hybrid Graphics/Advanced Optimus (When Available) option.
Save and Exit the BIOS.
The Alienware update application automatically updates your graphics driver to the most recent Intel UHD/Iris Xe Graphics driver. (Version A05 as of August 2023.)

Note: Did your laptop ship with discrete graphics other than the onboard Intel driver? If so, you must go back to Step.1 and re-enable the Hybrid Graphics/Advanced Optimus (When Available) option.
