Dell laptops running Windows 11 (version 23H2 and 22H2) are seeing the non-GSMA eSIM discovery process fail to detect an eSIM. The eSIM discovery process fails in the following circumstances: It fails in the out of box experience (OOBE) at the Let's get you connected stage where it searches for available profiles. It fails in the Windows settings at the Cellular > eSIM profiles page where is searches for available profiles.
