When an AW520H, AW725H, or Alienware Pro headset is connected, accessing Dolby Settings and enabling Dolby Atmos effects for speakers and headphones from the More Settings page is unsuccessful, as the option automatically disables itself. Affected Platforms: Alienware 16X Aurora AC16251
Dolby Settings does not include Dolby Access OEM kit, and CY26 Arwing HX OLED supports only Dolby Audio hence it needs an extra package for Dolby Atmos external devices.
Install Dolby Access from the Microsoft Store . Open Microsoft Store, Search Dolby Access , then press Get . ( Figure 1 - Dolby Access) After downloading, both Dolby Access and Dolby settings can work with the option Dolby Atmos effects for speakers and headphones.
