When the monitor is connected using a Thunderbolt 4 cable, it will lose video after these two actions: The Thunderbolt cable is disconnected and reconnected. Note: Do not create a work order for any hardware replacement for this issue. To resolve this issue, use the right side Thunderbolt 4 port on your system until a permanent solution is available.
