WWAN network may not be accessible after turning on the laptop or resuming from hibernate. Two symptoms can be observed: Cellular shows No service. Cellular setting missing (should be located where Bluetooth is in the figure). Affected Platforms: Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14255 Precision 3490 Latitude 5450 Latitude 7450
The radio unlock was not executed correctly, so the device is unable to connect to the network.
The engineering department is working on a fix to be released in a new version of Dell Wireless 5826e and Qualcomm Snapdragon X12 Firmware and GNSS/GPS Driver. The updated driver is posted to the computer's support page once it is made available in March 2026. Workaround: Reinsert the SIM Card, or restart the operating system.
