The Lifecycle Controllers may log CTL138 and CTL139 errors at periodic intervals. Repeated entries of RAIDPOP dumps are recorded in tsr\dbglog\logs\iDRACDebug.txt .
This issue usually occurs when external storage is connected to a Dell HBA355e adapter.
To work around this issue, do the following. SSH to the iDRAC Run command racadm set system.storage.LimitExternalHBATopology Enabled Power cycle the server Run command racadm get system.storage.LimitExternalHBATopology and verify that the value is set to Enabled Dell engineering is aware of this issue, and a fix is planned for an upcoming iDRAC firmware version. There is no downside to leaving this attribute as Enabled.
