Symptoms

Network connectivity issues may be experienced when moving between access points with the same SSID while connected with a Realtek 8852BE wireless card. Limited network connectivity is experienced while moving between physical locations with the computer. Affected Platforms: Dell 16 DC16251Inspiron 16 5640Inspiron 16 5645

Cause

When the computer moves to another access point, the operating system misses a command. This causes the wireless driver to get out of sync with the access points.

Resolution

Note: Before starting the update, perform the following: Back up all personal data. For more information, refer to Back Up and Recovery.Connect the AC adapter. Updating the Realtek RTL8852CE Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Driver version 6001.16.170.0, A13 or later on the computer resolves the issue.
