During an active call in Microsoft Teams, when you unplug and plug in the speakerphone, the LED changes to white even when it is muted. Affected Devices: Dell Pro Plus Wireless Speakerphone SL525 Dell Pro Wired Speakerphone SP325
This happens because the Microsoft Teams app sends an abnormal command to the device.
Microsoft Teams Resync Press the devices mute button again, and it syncs with the Microsoft Teams app. Each subsequent action is synced as well. Note: Only the LED is unsynced, but the speakerphone still remains muted. Back to Top
