Precision 7875 Tower may not be able to boot to PXE server and may continue to boot to the operating system. This occurs when Wake on LAN/WLAN in BIOS setting is set to LAN with PXE Boot , and Deep Sleep Control is set to Disabled . Affected Platform: Precision 7875 Tower
Precision 7875 Tower cannot find PCIe endpoint LAN device Power Management Event (PME) status. This causes the computer to be unable to boot to PXE when Wake-on-LAN (WOL).
Manually change the following settings in BIOS: Go to Power menu and enable Enabled in S4 and S5 option (Default) in Deep Sleep Control . Go to Boot Configuration menu and select I226 NIC card for PXE boot in Boot Sequence .
