Affected Products: Alienware 32 4K QD OLED Gaming Monitor AW3225QF Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor AW2725Q Symptoms: When setting the brightness in creator mode (DCI-P3 or sRGB) to a specific value, such as 75%, if it reverts to 15% after screen refresh actions such as (impacts both AW2725Q and AW3225QF): Unplugging cables Toggling PXP on and off Switching HDR Sleep and resuming from sleep DC or AC on and off Switching HDR in the operating system Changing resolution Note: Users can quickly adjust the OSD brightness bar by +/- 1 unit to restore the desired settings. A green tint or outline appears on the visuals when using Dolby Vision (impacts both AW2725Q and AW3225QF) There is stutter in motion when using Dolby Vision (impacts AW2725Q only)
Alien Vision feature in conflict with creator mode settings causes this issue.
