Note: Administrator rights on the laptop to make any operating system changes or update any software. Updating to NVIDIA Quadro Txxx0/RTX xxx0/RTX Axxx0/GeForce RTX xxx0 Graphics Driver and NVIDIA Control Panel Application version 32.0.15.7340, A33 or later on the laptop resolves the issue.
