After the upgrade, the nsrcpd process invokes the command nsr_cp_install with a parameter " status " to get the status of the upgrade operation. The script nsr_cp_install looks for a file named return_final_status.log to send the data in but this file is not present on AIX client upgrades.
The fix is available in NetWorker 19.10 and newer releases. Workaround: Upgrade the AIX NetWorker client software manually.
