Traceback (most recent call last): File "JobManager\Ops.py", line 882, in run KeyError: 'naturalIds'
In this particular scenario, we encountered an unsupported configuration in place, as PowerProtect Data Manager does not support SQL and Exchange being installed under the same host, which leads to an incorrect installation of the addons used. Issue remains the same after uninstalling SQL software from the host and uninstalling PowerProtect Data Manager Microsoft Agent software followed by a reinstallation. This is because on the original installation of the agent when SQL was also installed, software installed the corresponding AddOn under C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\AddOns\ folder on affected asset source: C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\AddOns\ 3A10999E_DDFC_4A4B_A66C_DAFB1D4C3A7A 6D0F012F_D689_4B8B_BE06_7EE9ED1CDE5E 7FFEFD30_C062_4803_BFE7_8A52A9BC4442
Once SQL software is uninstalled from the host, remove the SQL specific Addon 7FFEFD30_C062_4803_BFE7_8A52A9BC4442 under installation folder C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\AddOns\. This change addresses this issue.
