The SourceOne Email Management Console (MMC) provides no option to view PST child job activities. It is possible to filter on the parent PST job types, for example "Archive - Personal Mail Files" or "Find - Microsoft Outlook Office .PST" but this provides only a summary from the parent level and does not include the PST names which are being processed.
This problem is caused by a software defect cited in SDR 63260.
This issue corrected in SourceOne Email Management 7.2 SP11. In this release the Task Types drop down will have two additional selectable options: "Container Discovery Task" for PST Discovery child jobs and "Container Archive JBC" for PST Archive child jobs. Workaround : To view the child jobs, clear the filters to show all jobs. Alternatively, a custom filter can be applied to exclude all other job types or, create a filter based on the Parent Job ID.
