NETCONF down when iSSU upgrade from 17.15.x to 17.18.x

This is applicable only for ISSU upgrades and with CatC

Workaround

To fix the NETCONF issue after the ISSU upgrade if run into this use: (config)#no netconf-yang ssh server algorithm mac hmac-sha1 (config)#netconf-yang ssh server algorithm mac hmac-sha1 Bounce NETCONF conf and verify NETCONF state. ------------------------------- 1. Direct ISSU upgrade from 17.12 to 17.18.2 will result in AP reload after 17.18.2 ISSU upgrade with approximate downtime of ~5minutes (may depend on the network traffic and congestion) - Due to CSCws53690 - To avoid AP reload CSCws53690 from 17.12 to 17.18, perform intermediate N+1 ISSU upgrade (17.12.x -> 17.15.4d -> 17.18.2). Intermediate upgrade should be done only from 17.15.4d (ETA: 12/23 on CCO). 2. Any ISSU upgrade from 17.15.x release to 17.18.2 will not impact AP reload issue but we recommend reconfiguring NETCONF on 17.18.2 after rolling AP upgrades due to CSCws58703 if NETCONF connection is down.
