Software upgrade to 17.4.xx or latest version is required.
The primary issue is number of usage reports in the system. These can be due to: 1. Device uses licenses with high change frequency. 2. Unstable connection to CSSM 3. OnPrem is not setup to sync usage report. There are few possible solutions. 1. Import Acknowledge to device at faster rate. 2. Setup OnPrem to perform daily SLP Usage Report Sync. 3. Upgrade system to recommended version such as 17.3.5 and up, 17.6.3 and up, 17.9 and up. Fixed in 17.4.1 and successive releases
