The list fails to load in Workspace due to an ACL failure on the Record List Composite Data Broker. This issue affects customers who activated the Explicit Roles plugin (com.glide.explicit_roles) on a version prior to Xanadu and then upgraded to Xanadu. The following error message appears when clicking on the Lists in any workspace: Error: "ACL failed for data_broker with no defined failure result". Note: This issue has already been fixed, so if you upgrade to the permanently fixed version, your instance will not be impacted. Steps to Reproduce 1. Login to instance. 2. Impersonate any non-admin user. 3. Go to the Service Operations Workspace. Expected behaviour: The list should load promptly Actual behaviour: The list fails to load with 'Can't display this list' message along with the error "ACL failed for data_broker with no defined failure result"
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section at the bottom of the KB to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to. If you are unable to upgrade to a fixed version at this time, please apply the below workaround.
As a workaround, import and commit the attached UpdateSet.
