Description

Negative Budget is not reflecting in Project Budget correctly when Total Planned Cost is negative. Steps to Reproduce a. Create new project b. Create a Cost Plan for FY23 (FY23: M07 to FY23: M08) c. Populate an "Entered cost" Cost Plan Breakdown with a NEGATIVE value so that Cost Plan has NEGATIVE "Total planned cost" (eg. -$10) d. Create a POSITIVE Project Budget for FY23 (eg. $100) e. The Project record financials for "Total planned cost" and "Budget cost" will be correct f. Change the positive budget entry in step d) to a NEGATIVE budget (eg. -$100) g. The Project record financials will show an incorrect "Budget cost" that is still POSITIVE $100
