When adding a server to HPE OneView, the following error message may appear:"Issue Unable to configure the server. (SHAC_047)Resolution Refresh the server."When this issue occurs, the server will be in the "Unmanaged Communication Error" state:This issue can occur if the HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) user account that is used to add the server in OneView does not have the required privileges. The iLO account used to add the server to OneView must have the "Administer User Accounts" privilege, in order for OneView to create the OneView administrator account in iLO.
HPE OneView 10.20 or earlier.
This issue is fixed by updating toHPE OneView 11.00or later.NOTE: HPE OneView 11.00 is a valid version for those who have upgraded.
