Attempting to configure a rsyslog server with a valid IPv6 address on a system with HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) with firmware version 1.68 or later may generate an error.If configuring via the iLO 6 1.68 Web User Interface, "Management" -> "Remote Syslog" web page, Enabling Rsyslog, entering a valid port and IPv6 address and clicking on "Apply", a "Bad Value" error is displayed in the "Remote Syslog Server" field.If configuring via the iLO 6 1.69 Web User Interface, "Management" -> "Remote Syslog" -> "Add Syslog Server" web page, Entering a valid IPv6 Address and other values, clicking on "Add", an "enter a valid IP address" error is displayed in the "IP Address" field.Attempting to configure the rsyslog server via the RedFish API will also generate an error.
Any HPE system running HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) firmware version 1.68 and later.
