Description

Summary

When using the iLO HTML Remote console, intermittently it may require three or four attempts to successfully mount a .iso or .img file for firmware upgrades or OS deployments.When functioning as expected, mounting and unmounting a local ISO or IMG image will display a confirmation message in the HTML Integrated Remote Console (IRC) as shown below:

Any HPE ProLiant Gen11 or Gen10 Plus v2 server.

Resolution

This occurs due to intermittent network-related disruptions. Refresh or reload the iLO web interface (using Ctrl + R) to allow the file to mount as expected.
