Description

Summary

HPE systems running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 are unable to add nodes using SSH keys in Smart Update Manager (SUM) 12.1.0. An invalid private key file format message will be displayed as follows:

Scope

Any Master Node running SUM unable to connect to a client node using SSH Keys on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.

Resolution

As a workaround, perform updates by logging in with the regular username and password of the node.
