In some instances, when multiple HPE Synergy 480 Gen12 (SY480 G12) Compute Modules are physically removed and re-inserted into the HPE Synergy 12000 Frame, one of the modules in the group may enter an unmanaged state, and on the server profile, it will go into an unassigned state in HPE OneView.The unmanaged hardware is shown in the OneView example below:The unmanaged hardware and Unassigned Profile is shown in the OneView example below:

When the issue occurs, refresh the hardware from Actions tab in HPE OneView.
