In HPE Moonshot 2.0 Systems with HPE ProLiant M750 Server Blades on Windows 10, a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) may occur periodically when the Intel Graphics Driver version 31.0.101.2130 (or earlier) is used for the 7th-10th Gen Intel Core Processor Graphics.
HPE Moonshot 2.0 Systems with HPE ProLiant M750 Server Blades and any Intel Graphics Driver versions earlier than version 31.0.101.2135 for the 7th-10th Gen Intel Core Processor Graphics on Windows 10.
It is recommended to update to the latest driver version, e.g., version 31.0.101.2135, as this driver version has improvements and is expected to be more stable than previous driver releases.Download and install the Intel driver version 31.0.101.2135 from theIntel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windowspage. This version will provide improvements that prevent the BSOD issue.Note: The Intel Graphics Driver for 7th-10th Gen Intel Core Processor Graphics reached its End of Support (EOS) in the second quarter of 2023.Intel has ceased providing OEM/ODM for graphics support of their processor graphics drivers for all editions of Windows 10 and Windows 11.This driver version 31.0.101.2135 (above) may provide the only version update available for the future.
