When an HPE Smart Array SR Gen10 Controller is configured to use "Remote Key Management" mode, a Windows memory dump may not be captured. If the HPE Smart Array SR Gen10 Controller is configured to use "Local Key Management" mode, a Windows memory dump is captured every time.
