Duplicate entries of drives are displayed under the Storage section in System Information in the HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) and iLO 5 web interface. This is observed with both direct-attached drives and drives connected via SR/MR RAID controllers.
Any HPE Gen10, HPE Gen10 Plus and HPE Gen11 systems with the iLO firmware below:• HPE Gen10 or Gen10 Plus servers with iLO 5 firmware v3.10 (or earlier).• HPE Gen11 systems with iLO 6 firmware v1.66 (or earlier).
To resolve this issue, update the iLO firmware.For Gen10 Plus systems, update to HPE iLO 5 firmware v3.11 (or later).For Gen11 systems, update to HPE iLO 6 firmware v1.67 (or later).To download iLO 6 v1.67 (or later) or iLO 5 v3.11 (or later), perform the following steps:Click the following link:http://www.hpe.com/support/ilo6orhttp://www.hpe.com/support/ilo5The page should refresh to display the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab and the components that support the selected product.
