Offline and Online methods of IO Service Pack Deployment will fail to detect any drive models in HPE Smart Update Manager (SUM) Inventory, when the HDD/SSD drives are connected to MR96xx controllers on HPE Compute Scale-up server 3200 systems. Therefore, drive firmware cannot updated with SUM.
