Certain HPE systems with HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 may stop responding using RBSU with Japanese language. This issue occurs when using the BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) Utility, and it can also be observed when using a physically connected mouse and monitor with the Japanese language selected, either directly or through iLO 6.

As a workaround, reboot to avoid the unresponsiveness when using the BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) Utility through iLO 6 using the Japanese language.To avoid this issue, update to System ROM version 2.60 (or later).To download the System ROM version 2.60 (or later), perform the following steps:Click the following link:Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support CenterEnter a product name (e.g., "HPE ProLiant DL320 Gen11") in the text search field and wait for a list of Suggested Products to display.
