On HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers, the virtual floppy image or the virtual folder does not function when the HTML remote console is used to connect to the server.When attaching the .IMG file or dragging and dropping a folder to the HTML 5 Remote Console, it is displayed as connected; however, the folder is empty.To get to the Remote Console image:To connect a Virtual folder or Floppy disk image:

As a workaround, use the .NET HPLOCONS console instead of HTML console.This issue has been resolved with System ROM version 2.70 (or later):Click the following link:Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support CenterEnter a product name (e.g.,ProLiant DL320 Gen11 " in the text search field and wait for a list of Suggested Products to display. From the Suggested Products list displayed, identify the desired product and select it.Click the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab near the top of the page for the selected product. From the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" filter menus on the page:In the "Find in Drivers and Software' search box, enter ProLiant DL320 Gen11 System ROM Version 2.70 (or later)." Locate and select the latest version of the System ROM.Click the Download button.Note: To ensure that you have selected the latest version of the firmware/driver, click the Revision History tab to check if a new version of the firmware/driver is available.
