Typically, when the HPE Alletra Storage MP B10000 storage arrays are connected to the Data Services Cloud Console (DSCC), the latest version of the upgrade tool is downloaded and installed automatically. However, when these storage arrays are running OS version 10.4.2 and 10.4.5, the current upgrade tool is not automatically installed.
All HPE Alletra Storage MP B10000 arrays (including those that are part of an HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Business Edition [PCBE] solution) running on OS version 10.4.2 and 10.4.5 are affected by this issue.
