HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen11 or ProLiant DL380 Gen11 servers may experience fan speeds that are constantly at 40 percent of the maximum speed (or higher). The temperature sensor values in the server are not high enough to justify these higher fan speeds. The readings for all of the temperature sensors will be at least 20C below their Caution thresholds. These values can be viewed in the iLO web interface in the "Power and Thermal > Temperatures" page. They are also available via redfish commands.Affected servers will have one or both OCP option card slots unpopulated and will have a System ROM version in the range of 1.10 through 2.42.
