Description

Summary

When attempting to view server hardware information on the HPE OneView User Interface, the Operating System will be listed as "Unknown" for HPE Gen9 servers, for example:

Scope

HPE OneView version 5.2 to version 9.2 and any HPE Gen9 servers.

Resolution

All of the other information is correct and only the operating system information is missing.This issue is resolved by updating toHPE OneView 9.3or later.
