HPE Intelligent Provisioning 4.41 (or later) may take anywhere between 15 minutes to 45 minutes to set preferences using the "First time set up wizard" on HPE ProLiant Compute DL320/DL340 Gen12 SP Server and HPE ProLiant DL380a Gen12 Systems.

Scope

HPE ProLiant Compute DL320/DL340 Gen12 SP and HPE ProLiant DL380a Gen12 Servers with IP version 4.41 (or later).

Resolution

Intelligent Provisioning takes a longer time for setting preferences. There is no risk of the process halting, and it will be completed successfully. Wait between 15 and 50 minutes for this process to complete.
