HPE Cray XD670 fails during POST after applying BIOS parameter "Power Policy Quick Settings = Best Performance” and reboot. During POST you may see the following message:The issue is caused by the following:Changing the "GBT0133: Power Policy Quick Setting" in the BIOS to "Best Performance."

To resolve this issue perform the following steps:(1) Power down the HPE Cray XD670 system.(2) Flash system BIOS without preserving the BIOS parameter.(3) Power on.(4) After XD670 server boots, apply the custom BIOS parameters.
