Summary

After a successful firmware update, issuing a server profile refresh in HPE OneView 9.0 or 9.10 may generate an inconsistent alert message, as shown below:The refresh of a server profile that contains a firmware baseline may generate inconsistent alerts on OneView 9.00 or 9.10. However, there is no impact to functionality.

Scope

HPE OneView 9.0 or 9.1.

Resolution

This issue is corrected by upgrading toHPE OneView 9.20or later.Manually clear the alert, because it is safe to ignore.Document VersionRelease DateDetails2May 19, 2025Updated the Resolution with the permanent fix, OneView 9.20.1March 12, 2025Original Document Release.
