For any HPE Synergy compute modules with network ports configured with LACP, and running Microsoft Windows Server 2022, a network outage may occur after rebooting the compute module.The above issue only occurs when using HPE Synergy Service Pack (SSP) 2023.10.01 (or later), and when the Server Profile is configured with only Virtual Port (VP) LAG groups.To determine if a VP LAG group has been configured, perform the following steps:From HPE OneView, select the corresponding Server Profile. Go to the "Connections" section, and select "edit".For each network port in the OS network team, check if there is a "Link aggregation group" entry. The name listed here should be the same for all network ports configured with LACP, as shown below.
In the scenario described above, any Synergy Gen10 Plus, and Gen11 compute modules running Microsoft Windows Server 2022, and using SSP 2023.10.01 (or later).
If this issue has already occurred, open the iLO remote console.
